The EPS AG 75 is an air agitation cleaning system designed for board and assembly cleaning in industrial and electronics manufacturing environments. Employing compressed air agitation technology, the AG 75 delivers thorough cleaning of PCB assemblies, pallets and tooling without compromising production throughput.
The system features dual 75-liter stainless steel tanks (cleaning and rinsing) with closed-loop fluid reprocessing, ensuring consistent cleaning quality while minimizing chemical waste. A magnetically coupled pump unit with immersion/compressed air configuration provides reliable, maintenance-free operation.
Controlled by a PLC with a high-resolution 10″ capacitive touchscreen, the AG 75 offers programmable cleaning cycles, full traceability via SPC data scanner and USB backup, and safety interlocks including overflow and overheating protection. The integrated warm air dryer (40–45°C) ensures parts are dry and ready for the next process step immediately after cleaning.
