The Vanstron S-460 Series Inline Laser Marking Machine delivers high-precision marking directly within the SMT production line. With ±0.015mm positioning accuracy, it creates permanent, high-contrast marks including 1D barcodes, 2D Data Matrix codes, serial numbers, and custom graphics on PCB surfaces and components.
The system supports three laser source options — CO2, UV, and fiber — to accommodate different substrate materials and marking requirements. The integrated barcode verification camera automatically reads and validates each mark immediately after application, ensuring 100% marking quality with closed-loop verification.
Capable of handling PCBs up to 500 × 460 mm, the S-460 Series integrates into SMT lines via SMEMA and IPC Hermes 9852 interfaces, supporting automated recipe changeover and full board traceability in Industry 4.0 production environments.
