UV Curing Ovens for Coating Line
Electrodeless UV curing system with Heraeus-Fusion F-300S lamps for conformal coating and adhesive applications on PCB assemblies.
Product Overview
The Vanstron UV Curing Oven is designed for inline conformal coating and adhesive curing applications. It uses Heraeus-Fusion F-300S electrodeless UV lamps that deliver uniform UV exposure across the entire PCB surface, ensuring consistent cure quality for conformal coatings, UV adhesives, and other UV-reactive materials.
The electrodeless lamp technology eliminates electrode degradation, providing an extended lamp life of up to 8,000 hours. The system features adjustable conveyor speeds from 0 to 5 m/min to accommodate different curing requirements and production throughputs.
With IPC Hermes 9852 and SMEMA compatibility, the UV curing oven integrates seamlessly into Industry 4.0 production lines, enabling real-time communication with upstream and downstream equipment for optimized production flow.
