Product Overview
The KIC SRA (Smart Reflow Analyzer) is a purpose-built fixture with an integrated data collection module designed to analyze and track reflow oven stability. Unlike traditional PCB-based profiling—where boards degrade over time and thermocouples break or shift—the SRA provides fixed, repeatable measurements of machine performance every run.
With six embedded thermocouples (3 Air, 3 Mass), the SRA measures zone temperatures and side-to-side uniformity across the entire oven. Its proprietary Heat Transfer Index (HTI™) distills zone energy transfer into a single number, enabling fast identification of performance changes over time.
The system includes a built-in laser sensor for automatic conveyor speed measurement, Smart Dock for real-time Wi-Fi data collection, and KIC Profiling Software 2G with SPC charting (Cpk, Cm/Cmk). It stores up to 30 profiles between downloads and works independently of any existing profiler brand.
