Product Overview
The KIC SPS Smart Profiler is a professional-grade thermal profiling system available in 7, 9, 12, and 24 channel configurations to match any reflow, wave, or curing application. Its rugged LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) enclosure is vacuum-compatible at 1.12 kPa and designed to withstand the harsh thermal environments of SMT production lines.
Every SPS ships with KIC Navigator Power software as standard—delivering automatic profile prediction, Process Window Index (PWI) analysis, and machine-specific recipe optimization. Data transfer is handled wirelessly via Wi-Fi or ANT™ radio, eliminating cable connections between the profiler and the PC.
The fast-charge NiMH battery system reaches full capacity in approximately 10 minutes, minimizing downtime between profiling runs. Type K thermocouples deliver ±0.5°C accuracy across a measurement range of −150°C to 1050°C, making the SPS suitable for lead-free, leaded, and specialty soldering processes. Distributed and supported by TIIHTRONICS across Mexico and Texas.
