The SMT Wertheim Temperature Treatment Systems encompass three distinct product families designed to address the full spectrum of thermal processing needs in electronics manufacturing. From inline curing and drying to vertical heat treatment and hot/cold functional testing, these systems provide precise temperature control for demanding applications in medical, automotive, communication, and industrial electronics.
The T-Series horizontal continuous ovens feature a modular design in 0.7 m increments (models T210 through T560), supporting multiple-track and dual-transport configurations for high-throughput inline processing. Their heavy-duty construction and low-maintenance design ensure reliable operation in continuous production environments. Applications include curing and drying of varnishes, adhesives, and coatings, as well as general heat treatment processes.
The VH-Series vertical systems maximize floor space efficiency by processing assemblies vertically using 400×400 mm or 500×500 mm carriers through 3 to 4 heating and cooling zones. Available in manual or fully automated configurations, VH-Series systems are oil-free and feature integrated cooling zones for a compact, self-contained thermal processing solution.
The Cube Systems are purpose-built for hot and cold functional testing, operating across a temperature range of −50 °C to +155 °C with cycle times as short as 15 seconds. Single-location loading/unloading simplifies integration, while built-in traceability ensures full documentation of every test cycle for quality assurance and compliance.
